Dr. Ashok G N is a Consultant General and Laparoscopic Surgeon at SPARSH Hospital, Bangalore. He completed his graduation and post-graduation in reputed institutes and also holds a fellowship in minimal access surgery. He has over 20 years of clinical experience in dealing with surgical diseases. He is experienced in both simple and advanced laparoscopic surgeries like appendicectomy, cholecystectomy, hernia repairs including lap umbilical, lap inguinal hernias, intestinal surgeries like segmental resections, and perforation closure including intracorporeal suturing. His special interest includes SILS for diagnostic laps and also laparoscopic appendectomy, laparoscopic cholecystectomy, and hepatobiliary and pancreatic surgeries. He also has expertise in the entire range of basic and advanced open abdominal surgeries including neck and breast surgeries and also surgical emergencies. He has also had teaching experience as an Assistant Professor at Vydehi Medical College.
