Dr. Premalatha Balasubrahmanyam

Dr. Premalatha Balasubrahmanyam is a Consultant Psychotherapist at SPARSH Hospital, Infantry Road, Bangalore. She has 15 years of experience in psychotherapy and specializes in psychological counseling for individuals, couples, families, and youth. Her areas of specialization include relational therapies for life transitions, parenting difficulties, and suicide prevention, and cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) for managing anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, and OCD.

She works in de-addiction counseling specializing in substance, gambling, pornographic, and digital media addiction. Moreover, Dr. Premalatha has experience in the therapies of Greencare and mindfulness that provide assistance for personality building and psychological welfare.
